Steps to Request Account Deletion:
- Enter your registered mobile number
- We'll send a 6-digit OTP to your mobile number
- Enter the OTP to verify your identity
- Confirm deletion request
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period
What data will be deleted:
- Personal account information (name, email, phone)
- Profile settings and preferences
- Saved addresses and delivery locations
- Order history (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Session data and authentication tokens
What data will be retained:
- Financial records and invoices (retained for 7 years for tax compliance)
- Aggregated anonymized analytics data
ℹ️ Grace Period: You have 30 days to cancel the deletion request. After 30 days, the deletion is permanent.
